MAKE IT HAPPEN:)

They say there are 3 kinds of people in the world:

1. People who make it happen
2. People who watch it happen
3. People who say, "what the *$*#! happened?"

That's so very true, especially with regards to health.

Millions of people wake up one day and realize they are fat,
unhealthy and totally unhappy (if not completely disgusted)
with the way their bodies look.

They look in the mirror and wonder, WHAT HAPPENED?

Here's one explanation: they had many opportunities in their
lives to start a new lifestyle and make changes to improve their
bodies and their health.

Sometimes those opportunities dropped right in their laps...
Friends asked them to join them at the gym for a workout, a movie or
show inspired them, they read a book that influenced them, or perhaps
a fitness challenge was issued to them...

But they declined. Or, they did nothing. And indecision is the
same as deciding to slip back. There's no such thing as staying
the same; We are either growing or dying, moving forward or backward...

Indecision is the beginning of deterioration...

Some people at least make a decision to "watch it happen."

Recent surveys show that there are people that we (endearingly)
call LURKERS. Lurkers are most of the members at any gym - 20%
participate, and 80% "lurk" (they read, listen and watch, but don't
get involved)

This isn't bad - many people get a lot of benefits just from watching
it happen. They find role models. They get inspired. They get an education.

But that's not enough to maximize and optimize your results. As the
cliche goes, life isn't a spectator sport. If you want to transform
your body and your health not just a little, but completely, you have to
be one of those people who MAKES IT HAPPEN.

That means, don't just watch... get involved... and jump on
opportunities and take advantage of them when you have the chance!!
